stress & anxiety

Life can be busy and overwhelming, especially with all of the injustices. Oftentimes we develop coping mechanisms to deal with stress and anxiety that help us get through the situation or phase. When we get out of these situations, we often continue to use the strategies even though they may no longer be needed. It is also not uncommon fall back into using coping strategies because they have worked in the past, even if they are no longer helpful. My role is to help you understand your relationship with stress and anxiety and help you work toward your desired goals and changes. Maybe your coping strategies need to be updated. Perhaps your life is overwhelming and you would like to figure out how to achieve more calmness by making changes.
